Statistics

The app’s Analytics page shows what your visitors do on your store locator, your store pages and your country and city pages: how many see them, how many ask for directions, call or write, and what they search for.

The button at the top of the page offers the Last 7, 30 or 90 days (30 by default). Next to it, the period’s dates and what it is compared to: the days before, over the same length of time.

The period applies to the whole page. It stays in the page’s address: a shared link shows the same period.

Four cards sum up the period. Each one gives a total and its change against the period before: green when it goes up, red when it goes down.

Card What it counts
Views The views of your store locator, your store pages and your country and city pages.
Actions The directions, calls and emails asked for on your stores, from the store locator, the store list, a country or city page, or their page.
Action rate of the pages The actions taken on the store pages, divided by the views of these pages. It changes in points.
Searches without a result The searches after which the visitor chose neither a city nor a store. Here, a rise is red: it is demand you don’t serve.

Click a card for the chart to follow it. The chart shows the card’s total, and the period before as a dashed line. What each page or each type of action brings is in the breakdown below. Hover over the chart to read each day’s figures.

  • Views by page: the share of the store locator, the store pages, the country pages and the city pages.
  • Actions by type: the share of directions, calls and emails.

The table ranks your active stores that have a page:

Column What it counts
Views The views of its page.
Actions Its directions, calls and emails, from the store locator, the store list or its page.
Rate The actions taken on its page, divided by the views of its page.

Click a column header to sort the table; click again to reverse the order. By default, the most viewed pages come first.

  • Searches without a result: the 5 most frequent searches that found nothing. They are cities where your visitors would like to find you, or names they know your shops by.
  • Most searched cities: the 5 cities where your visitors found a store.
  • The app’s home page sums up the last 30 days: views, directions, calls and searches. Click a figure to open this page on its chart or on the searches.
  • A store’s page shows its own figures. See A store’s details.
  • Sidekick can answer your questions about these figures. See Sidekick.
