Your stores

The app’s Stores page lists all your stores, active and draft. It works like the products list in Shopify: you search, filter and select there, and open each store’s page.

Each row shows the store’s main photo, its Name, City, Country, Type, Status and Publication.

Column What it shows
Status Active: published on your online store. Draft: hidden from your visitors.
Publication How many channels the store is published on, from 0 to 2: the store locator and its page. A red dot means a publishing problem; hover over it to read it, and open the store for the details.

The list shows 50 stores per page. Click a row to open the store’s details.

At the top of the page:

A single field, Search and filter, does both.

To search, type some text: the app looks in the stores’ name, city and URL handle.

To filter:

  1. Click in the empty field. The list of filters opens: Type, Services, Tags, Country, Publication and Position on the map (“Position on the map is unknown” finds the stores an import couldn’t place).
  2. Choose a filter, for example Type. The app shows its values: your types with their number of stores, and No type.
  3. If needed, choose Is not at the bottom of the list, instead of Is.
  4. Choose a value. A “Type is Flagship” pill is added to the field and the list updates.

Filters add up: with “Type is Flagship” and “Country is France”, the list only shows the flagships in France. To remove a filter, click the cross on its pill.

The page’s address keeps your filters: you can reload it, or share it with a colleague, and get the same list.

Everything also works with the keyboard: the arrows to move through the values, Enter to choose one, Esc to close, Backspace to remove the last pill.

  • On the left of the search field, the All selector filters by status: All, Active or Draft.
  • The Sort by menu orders the list by Name A–Z (the default), City A–Z or Last updated.

Select stores to edit them all at once.

  1. Tick the box at the start of each row. The box in the header selects the whole page.
  2. A bar replaces the header: it shows how many stores are selected and the actions you can take.
  3. To select more, open the Selection menu: Select all stores on this page, Select all N stores in the list (the ones that match your search and filters), or Deselect all.

Show all selected, on the right of the bar, lists only the selected stores, whatever the page and filters. Turn it off to go back to the list.

The actions are described in Edit several stores at once.

As long as you have no stores, the page offers Add store and Import.

On a development or password-protected store, it also offers Load demo data: 12 fictitious stores (Paris, London, New York, Tokyo…), with hours, types and services, to see the map and the pages right away.
